From: Peter Date: Thu Nov 21, 2002 1:19:18 AM US/Central To: deidre.bowie.llqp@statefarm.com Subject: LCC: and boy are my arms tired! uh, i'm gonna make this a short one cause I just got back from Italy and I'm still jetlaggin' not to mention still loaded down with pasta. seriously, i'm not complaining but there's nothing but Italian food over there. i really recommend joining another band besides your own that happens to popular in Italy and have them pay for your plane ticket so you can go travel around Italy in a van. it's a great way to have a cheap vacation and get a lot of free meals. so this saturday november 23rd we're playing at a place called the Door at 3202 Elm St. in Dallas. we are playing as guests of Chomsky and let's just say that i'm trusting them on this one when they say it will be alright. my sense of the perverse (not to mention my friendship with the dudes in Chomsky) made this a gig that i could not turn down. i'm leaving it at that. it looks like we will be playing early (9:40 pm) so you can check it out and then hit another show later on without any problems. and it is all ages if you are one of those sorts. we should have a show or two in December that will fufill your needs if ya can't make this one. i'm motorin but i'll leave you with this: anyone heard of francoiz breut? very cool! kind of a mix of the 60's french pop sound mixed with a more indie rock kinda thing. i likee! a link if you are interested: http://www.bellaunion.com/fb.htm still committed to evil, peter
