From: Peter Schmidt Date: Wed Aug 6, 2003 11:10:07 PM US/Central To: lcc_news@thelcc.net Subject: [lcc_news] taking charge of your social life (or where's the hummus?) hello, i heard from a couple of under 21's who couldn't get into the show at double wide last weekend. sorry. i shoulda checked. anyways, my apologies to anyone who tried to get in but couldn't cause they was too young. you'll learn to cherish that moment. so here's what happened if you didn't make it to the show at double wide: i sang some songs, forgot some words, sweated a little bit, started to say something but then thought better of it, a buzzing noise came out of the PA (besides my singing voice), i got paid $25, went to the all night Wal-Mart, bought ten bags of circus peanuts and 4 liters of Squirt TM and i didn't go to sleep until it was all gone. if you take the show out of the equation it was a pretty typical saturday night for me. chao was very good by the way! this saturday night, another show. Adventure Club Birthday Show @ Trees in Dallas. Saturday August 9 Old 97's Eisley Peter Schmidt (hey that's me!)
